Outdoor Hangout

Huge deck with two dining tables, private hot tub, fire pit, hammock, slackline, horseshoe pit, and a gentle mountain creek running through the property. Connected to the cabin is a 1+ acre wooded lot — the perfect spot for kids to be kids, build forts, explore, and burn off energy. The mountain views from here never get old.

Game Room
A fun game room is located in the garage and features foosball, bumper pool, darts, and arcade games. The garage door can be opened to let in fresh mountain air while playing.

The entire property is available via keyless entry. Plenty of parking for 4–5 vehicles (driveway + garage + free street parking).

A Couple Notes

External security cameras face the driveway and rear yard only. Stairs are required for full access. Please note that the third “bedroom” is a comfortable common living space in the basement with a quality sofa bed — it works great for extra guests or kids and gives everyone more room to spread out.

This cabin hits the sweet spot — super convenient to Boone, App State, and Blowing Rock, yet far enough into the mountains for real peace and quiet. The hot tub, fire pit, creek sounds, and room to roam under the stars are always the highlight of every stay.

House Rules

Minimum Age to Rent: Guests must be 25 years old or older to book

No Smoking: Smoking inside the Premises is not permitted at any time (including e-cigarettes)

No Parties or Events: We want to maintain a serene atmosphere for all our guests. Please respect our no-party policy.

No Pets: No pets are allowed

Guest Capacity: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours start at 11 pm until 7 am. Please keep noise to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

Cleanliness: We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property tidy. Regularly dispose of garbage throughout your stay and during checkout. A $250 fee will apply for excess trash left outside the designated secure bin located outside.

Damages and Breakages: Accidents happen! Report any damages and/or breakages and missing items promptly. Guests will be responsible for covering cost of damages or missing items.
