1. What Linens are included? – We provide clean linens for beds, bath towels of max number of guests, wash cloths, hand towels and kitchen towels.
2. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with a limited supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, and kitchen trash bags. Rentals include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.
3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus blender, toaster, kettle, various size pots & pans, dishes, wine glasses, cooking spices, a Keurig and some Keurig pods, and more!
4. Do you provide a grill? – varies by property. Please read the property description and amenities for what is included.
5. Do you provide firewood? – No, firewood is not provided for any properties with an outdoor firepit. However, all our properties have gas fireplaces and/or gas firepit and wood is not required.
6. Do you allow pets? – Up to two dogs are welcome upon request and prior approval! Pets must be crated when left at home alone. A non-refundable pet fee will apply per stay and $250 refundable deposit per pet payable one week before arrival.
7. When will I get the address and access info? - Address and door code will be sent a couple of days prior to your arrival.
8. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 11am on the day of your departure.
9. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded if outside of our cancellation policy. 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.
10. What if I have to cancel? Will I get my money back? Upon booking, you will pay 50% of the balance due. The remaining balance is due 7 day(s) before arrival. If you cancel 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier, 100% of paid prepayments will be refunded, 0% is refundable if canceled after. At seven (7) calendar days prior to arrival, the remaining 50% is due.
11. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive.
12. Do you ever reduce the stated prices – On occasion, if upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see here.
