1. Are linens included?
Yes, we provide fresh, clean linens for all beds, along with a full set of bath towels (one per guest), washcloths, hand towels, and kitchen towels.

Our kitchens are fully equipped for comfortable cooking and entertaining, with everything you’d expect in a well-stocked home kitchen, plus:
4. Do you provide a grill?
It varies by property. Please check the individual property description and amenities list for details on outdoor grilling options.
5. Do you provide firewood?
No, firewood is not provided for properties with outdoor firepits. Firepit can generally be purchased at local gas stations and grocery stores by the bundle. All of our properties do feature convenient gas fireplaces and/or gas firepits, so no wood is needed.
6. Do you allow pets?
Pet policies vary by property, but most of our homes are pet-friendly. Our standard policy allows up to two dogs with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee per stay. Pets must be crated when left unattended. Please inquire during booking to confirm for your chosen property.
7. When will I receive the address and access information?
We send the property address and door code (or key instructions) a couple of days before your arrival for security and peace of mind.
8. What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available any time after 4:00 PM.
Check-out is required by 10:00 AM on your departure day.
9. Can I cancel if the weather is bad?
Cancellations due to weather are subject to our standard cancellation policy and are not eligible for refunds outside of that policy. Mountain roads can be challenging in winter—some properties have easier access than others. We recommend checking weather forecasts when booking and considering a 4WD vehicle for winter travel.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
Upon booking, you pay 50% of the total balance. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before arrival.
11. Do I need 4-wheel drive?
Only when snow or ice is present. As a general rule for mountain roads in the High Country, 4WD (or AWD) is strongly recommended during winter conditions for safety and easier access.
12. Do prices change? Do you offer discounts?
Yes, our rates are dynamic and adjust in real-time based on demand, season, and availability.
