THE KITCHEN
The kitchen has been refreshed and is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, glassware and knives. You will find a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Keurig, blender, toaster, toaster oven and slow cooker. The refrigerator has an ice maker and filtered water. Spices and cooking basics are there to get you started.

LIVING AND DINING
New furnishings throughout, under vaulted tongue and groove ceilings. The gas fireplace runs on a timer and starts with one press of a button, so a cozy evening takes no effort. Fast 1 Gig Wi-Fi and Live TV through Spectrum are included, and there are board games and puzzles for slow evenings. The condo is holiday ready.

BEDROOMS
Two en-suite bedrooms, each with a queen bed, its own bathroom, new linens and fresh bedding. Room darkening shades make it easy to sleep in. There is plenty of closet and dresser space for extended stays.

Need to work while you travel? The guest bedroom has a desk and workstation, and the 1 Gig Wi-Fi keeps up with video calls.

BATHS AND LAUNDRY
Two full bathrooms with towels and hair dryers provided. A full-size washer and dryer are in the condo, along with an iron and ironing board.

TRAVELING WITH A LITTLE ONE
A Pack 'n Play with sheets is provided, along with children's plates, bowls and cups.

Up to two dogs under 35 pounds each are welcome with prior approval. This weight limit is an HOA rule and is strictly enforced. Pets must be leashed and accompanied outside the condo, including on the balcony. Cats and other animals are not permitted.

GOOD TO KNOW

• This condo is on the third floor. Reaching it takes about 30 steps, and there is no elevator. Please consider this if anyone in your group has trouble with stairs or you are traveling with heavy luggage.
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Maximum 4 guests.
• The fireplace is gas only. Wood fires are not allowed inside the condo. The wood fire pit is a shared community amenity.
• No smoking.
• No grilling or open flame within 25 feet of the buildings, which includes the balcony. Use the community grills.
• Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM.
• No RVs, boats or trailers overnight. No fireworks.
• Dog walk area is the lawn between the dumpster and Building 3.
